Hello!

I did not have a no show this morning or afternoon, but my afternoon patient had to have a phys consult. It's good to remember all of those things, but too bad I didn't get anything done. He said he'd come back in though. As far as my goal from last time, I did not do it. I need to. I did do flossing demo and practice. I will keep that goal again for next next time. Next time is mockboard. my goal is to pass!!!

FInally a PT!!

FInally a pt showed up... but just one. My morning pt didn't come, but I was able to get my husband in. THen in the afternoon I found my mock board patient. He is very nice. I always feel bad with the spanish speaking people because I can't communicate very well with them. I had my husband help me come up with a list of things i might need to say. My goal for next time is to come up with more educational material in spanish and also to print of the list of phrases my husband helped me with so that I am able to communicate better!! :) The end!

NO SHOW!

Man I really hate no shows. It really bugs! IT totally ruins your whole day! I guess it's not that big of a deal because we always seem to get the requirements done but... I feel like it's such a waste!! I have to miss hurdle practice to sit around and do nothin :( OH well. I really need to find a board patient. My goal for this week is to go out and talk to a lot of people I see in stores and stuff... Scary>> and akward. Wish me luck!!!

First day back of Last semester

I can't believe it's the first day of the last semester!! Already a no show. My pt no showed today. I really and trully despise that. It's such a waste!! I did get recall reports for myself printed as well as looked at a few possible places to get patients. But still it would have been better to get a patient cleaned. THis morning I had to do a phys consult. It took an hour!! But I got the OD done. He is coming back. Four quads of a two wahoOo!! My goal for next time is to get a lot of patients!
